The VRX513H 6" PDC Reamer is a heavy-duty 5-wing PDC hole opener designed for efficient hole enlargement and reaming applications where cutting performance, durability, and gauge protection are critical.

Built from 4145H high-strength alloy steel, the reamer features a robust 5-wing body equipped with a combination of main, edge, and gauge PDC cutters. The cutting structure includes 21 triangle PDC main cutters, 13 edge PDC cutters, and 15 gauge-protection PDC cutters, providing effective formation cutting while helping maintain hole size and reamer stability.

The main cutting structure uses 13.44 × 13.2 mm PDC cutters, while the edge and gauge areas utilize progressively smaller cutters to provide dedicated cutting and gauge protection. Carbide hardfacing further protects the body and wear surfaces in demanding drilling conditions.

The reamer is configured with API 2 3/8" REG Box × 2 3/8" REG Box connections and incorporates five flush nozzles for efficient fluid delivery and removal of drilled cuttings. 4/32" flush nozzles are available as an optional configuration.
